Ok, so this is really sad that no one guessed. The answers are a can of kidney beans and turkey spam.
I would have said 1. Baked beans (so close enough) and 2. NFI.
I guess the real question is why are you putting this into your body for breakfast?
It happened to be what I had /: ) I usually have cereal bars nowadays.
